Privacy Policy

BullpenLM is a sales-training and team-tracking tool. This policy explains what
the BullpenLM iOS app and web app handle, and what they do not. Plain language, no
surprises.
BullpenLM is operator-hosted. Each team ("bullpen")
runs on its own operator's server. The app reads and displays that server's data;
there is no central BullpenLM database collecting users across teams.
What the app handles
- Names / handles you or your operator enter for reps on your team.
- Training and performance activity generated inside your bullpen —
practice drills, ranks, deals, and similar progress used to render scorecards.
- A device push token, only if you turn on notifications, so your team's
alerts can be delivered.
- Basic settings you enter (which bullpen to connect to), stored locally
on your device.
How it's used
- To show your team's roster and per-rep scorecards.
- To send you notifications about your team (for example, a rep closing a deal),
delivered through Apple Push Notification service.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- We do not share it with third parties, except the infrastructure needed
to run the service (e.g., Apple for push delivery).
The demo
Before you connect your own bullpen, the app shows a sample demo team. That
data is fictional and not associated with any real person.
Your control
Because each bullpen is operator-hosted, your team's data lives on your operator's
server and is controlled by that operator. To access, correct, or delete data, or to
ask any question about this policy, contact us below.
Children
BullpenLM is a tool for working sales teams and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
